Sobotka is a folk dance group of the Polish Community in Portland. Sobotka started in 1997 under the umbrella of the St Stanislaus Parish. The dance program includes folk dances from different regions in Poland and historical dances from different times of the Polish history. The dance group has performed at many events in the Northwest including: International Showcase, Junior Parade at Rose Festival, Christmas Tree Festival, May Celebration in White Salmon, Polish Festival, Folklife in Seattle, etc.
